Is the in-home consultation really free?
Yes. I come to your home or business, bring samples, measure your windows, and give you a complete quote. There is no charge and no obligation. It's how I've done business since 1999.
Do you really make the shutters yourselves?
Yes. Plantation shutters are manufactured in my own Jacksonville facility from polystrong material. That is why I can offer factory-direct pricing and build to any shape, including arches and specialty windows.
What does installation cost?
Nothing. Professional installation by my crew is included free with every purchase, on every product.
What warranty do your products carry?
Every product I sell comes with a lifetime warranty. Combined with free installation, that means the price you're quoted is the whole story.
Where are your products made?
Most everything I sell is made in the USA, and the plantation shutters specifically are made right here in my own Jacksonville workshop.
Which areas do you serve?
Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Mayport, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, RiverTown, St. Johns, St. Augustine, Orange Park, Middleburg, Fernandina Beach, and all of North Florida.
Can you handle odd-shaped or oversized windows?
Yes, that is a specialty. Arches, angles, sidelights, sliders, and large or odd-sized windows are all built to measure. Check the portfolio for real examples.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. Since 1999 I've fitted restaurants, healthcare facilities, offices, retail, schools, municipal buildings, and new construction across the Jacksonville area. On-site consultations are free.
What motorization systems do you install?
Somfy Zigbee, Rollease, and Lutron. All support remote, schedule, phone, and voice control, and we can power and automate any product I sell. I'll demo the options at your consultation.
Do you have child-safe options?
Yes. All of our products are child and pet safe, with cordless operation available across the lines I carry. I will walk you through the options at your consultation.
Can I visit you instead of booking a home visit?
Of course. The workshop is at 8629 Phillips Hwy Ste #1, Jacksonville, FL 32256, open Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. Most clients still choose the shop-at-home visit because seeing samples in your own light is what settles the decision.
