Middleburg, FL
Middleburg: porches, privacy, peace.
Exterior shades that make the porch livable in August, and interior treatments that put privacy on your terms.
Porch country
The porch is the point. Shade it right.
Out in Middleburg and Clay County's quieter stretches, the porch and lanai do the entertaining, and Florida sun and insects are the uninvited regulars. My zipper track exterior shades enclose a porch at the push of a button: screened against bugs, rated against wind up to 50 MPH, and dropped low against the evening sun.
- Motorized operation with auto-stop protection
- Track colors matched to your trim
- Screens from insect mesh to full sun-block
Room to breathe
Privacy on your own terms.
Acreage gives you distance, but big rural windows still face the road, the neighbors' fence line, or a wide-open western sky. Inside the house I fit shutters and shades that let you take the view when you want it and shut the world out when you don't, with blackout options for shift workers and nurseries.
