When you call or text 904-525-2692, email us, or use the contact form, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, address or neighborhood, and information about your windows and project. Messages sent through the contact form reach us by email.

Like nearly every website, the servers that deliver the Site keep standard technical logs of each visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. Our hosting provider keeps these logs to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. We do not use them to identify you.

The Site does not set cookies, does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service, and does not load advertising or retargeting pixels. If we add any of these in the future, we will update this policy.
